Compliance questionnaires
Your agency may ask you to complete questionnaires that prove you meet the requirements for the work you do. These cover things like right-to-work, qualifications, health declarations and policy acknowledgements.
How you get a questionnaire
Your agency sends each questionnaire by email, with a link that opens directly in your portal. The same item also appears on your Dashboard and in the Documents tab under Compliance until you complete it.
When your agency requests specific compliance documents, you have two ways to provide them:
- A one-time link. Your agency can email you a one-time link that lets you upload the requested documents without a full login. This is handy if you have not signed in before or only need to send one or two items.
- From the portal. Once you are signed in, the requested items appear for you to complete, and you can upload the documents directly.
Answering it
- Click the link in the email or the item on your dashboard.
- Read the introduction at the top of the questionnaire.
- Work through each question. Question types include:
- Short text answers (for example, certificate numbers).
- Multiple choice.
- Yes/no with optional follow-up details.
- File uploads (for certificates and ID documents).
- Use the Next and Back buttons to move between sections.
Questions marked with an asterisk are required; you can't submit until they're filled in.
Saving partway through
You don't have to finish in one sitting. Click Save and continue later at the bottom of any section. Your answers are stored and you can come back any time, from your dashboard or directly via the original email link.
Submitting
When every required question has an answer, click Submit at the end. You'll see a confirmation page and the item moves to Submitted on your dashboard.
What happens next
Your agency's compliance team reviews each submission. The status of the questionnaire updates as it moves through review:
- Submitted - your answers are in, awaiting review.
- Approved - everything checks out; the questionnaire is closed.
- Flagged - one or more answers need fixing or extra detail.
You're emailed at each step.
Your agency cannot book you onto certain shifts if any mandatory questionnaire is outstanding or expired. Keep an eye on your dashboard and complete anything that appears there promptly.
Fixing a flagged answer
If your questionnaire is flagged:
- Open the questionnaire (from the email or dashboard).
- The flagged answers are highlighted with a note from the reviewer.
- Fix the answers or upload the missing document.
- Click Submit again.
The questionnaire goes back into review.
Expired or repeat questionnaires
Some compliance items expire on a fixed schedule (for example, an annual health declaration). You'll get an email reminder a few weeks before expiry and a fresh copy of the questionnaire to complete. Treat repeats the same as a first-time submission.
