Your profile
Your profile is the single source of truth for everything the agency holds about you. Keeping it accurate means smoother bookings, correct pay and no last-minute compliance issues.
Opening your profile
Click Profile in the sidebar. The page is divided into sections, each of which you can edit independently. Click Update profile at the bottom of any section to save your changes.
Personal details
Keep the following current:
- Full name (as it appears on your right-to-work documents).
- Date of birth.
- Mobile number and email address.
- Home address, including postcode.
- Emergency contact name and number.
Your name on file should match your bank account and right-to-work documents exactly, or payroll may have problems paying you.
CV
The portal keeps every version of your CV so you can roll back if needed.
To upload a new CV:
- Open the CV section.
- Click Upload new CV.
- Select your file (PDF or Word format, up to 10MB).
- Save.
The new CV becomes your active CV for your agency record. Old versions remain accessible from the version history.
Bank details for pay
Add or update the bank account you want to be paid into:
- Account holder name - must match your full name on file.
- Account number and sort code (UK) or BSB and account number (AU).
- Bank name.
Your agency is notified when you change bank details, and you may be asked to confirm the change before your next payroll runs. This is a fraud prevention step. Make any change at least three working days before payroll to avoid delays.
Tax details
Your tax details depend on where you work:
- UK candidates - enter your National Insurance (NI) number. Some agencies also ask for your tax code; if so, a field is provided.
- Australian candidates - enter your Tax File Number (TFN). You can also nominate your superannuation fund here.
Right-to-work documents
Your right-to-work documents prove you're allowed to work in the country. Upload clear photos or scans of:
- UK - passport, biometric residence permit, share code, or other accepted document.
- AU - passport, visa documentation or evidence of citizenship.
If a document has an expiry date, the portal reminds you a month before it expires so you can renew and reupload.
Password
Use the password reset option on the login page if you need to change or recover your password. For step-by-step instructions, see Logging in.
