Creating your account

This article walks you through registering a new RecSphere workspace, picking a plan, and verifying your email so you can sign in.

Before you start​

Have the following to hand:

  • Your company's legal name (for example, RecSphere Ltd).
  • A work email address you can access right now.
  • Billing details: card or direct debit, plus your VAT number if applicable.
  • A rough idea of how many recruiters will use RecSphere, so you can pick the right plan.
Use a shared inbox for the first admin

Sign up with a shared inbox such as ops@recsphere.co.uk rather than a personal address. If the original admin later leaves, you keep control of the workspace and any password reset emails.

Steps to register​

  1. Open portal.recsphere.co.uk/register in your browser.
  2. Enter your name, work email and a password. Use the example John Smith, john@recsphere.co.uk if you are testing.
  3. Enter your company name (RecSphere Ltd) and country.
  4. Choose the plan or commercial setup agreed with RecSphere.
  5. Enter your payment details. RecSphere processes payments through a secure payment provider, so your card information is handled by the provider rather than stored by RecSphere.
  6. Review the order summary and confirm.

Verifying your email​

After you submit the form, RecSphere sends a verification email to the address you registered with. Open the email and click the verification link. The link expires after 24 hours.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm you typed the address correctly on the signup form.
  • Ask your IT team to allow mail from noreply@recsphere.co.uk.

If you still cannot find it, contact RecSphere support or ask your workspace administrator to confirm the email address used.

What happens next​

Once your email is verified, RecSphere creates your workspace and signs you in. You become the first admin, with full permissions to configure the workspace and invite colleagues.

Trial period

New workspaces may include a trial or onboarding period depending on your commercial agreement.
