Scheduling overview
The Scheduling page brings candidate availability and forecast visibility into one place. In the current CRM it opens with Candidate Forecast and Shift Availability views, plus filters for narrowing the candidate set.
What the page covers
Scheduling supports two main views:
- Candidate Forecast shows candidates against future months so you can see availability and booking patterns over time.
- Shift Availability focuses on declared availability and candidate availability details.
How availability flows into the schedule
Availability is set on each candidate's Schedule tab (see Shift availability). Once a candidate has a CV attached and availability set, they become qualified and Available: they appear on the Scheduling page as available, and they pull into the Pipeline as a qualified lead.
Candidates can also share availability over the phone, in which case you record it for them on the Schedule tab.
Forecasting
The forecasting view matches expected demand against declared availability. It highlights shifts where you have not yet declared enough available candidates, so you can chase availability before the shift falls due.

Forecast layout
The Candidate Forecast view lists candidates down the left and future months across the top. Use it to spot coverage gaps, follow up with candidates and understand who may be available before work is booked.
Filtering the Scheduling page
A Filters button sits near the top of the page. Use it to narrow the page by the fields available in your workspace, such as:
- Grade
- Client
- Specialty
- Sub-specialty
- Assigned consultant, so a consultant can get a view of just their own candidates.
Add as many filters as you need; they combine to narrow the list further.
