Introduction to RecSphere
RecSphere is a multi-tenant recruitment platform that covers the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to paying them. This article gives you a high-level tour so you know where to look next.
What RecSphere does
RecSphere brings sourcing, placement, compliance, contracts and payroll into one workspace. Recruitment agencies use it to manage vacancies, shortlist candidates, track placements, handle timesheets and produce invoices. Australian customers also get region-specific payroll features.
The platform is delivered as software-as-a-service. You sign up at portal.recsphere.co.uk and access everything through a web browser.
Who uses it
Four audiences share the same product, each with a tailored view:
- Recruiters source candidates, run the placement pipeline and manage day-to-day work.
- Agency admins and owners configure the workspace, billing, team and integrations.
- Candidates sign in to a portal to apply for roles, submit timesheets and view payslips.
- Clients and trust approvers review shortlists and approve timesheets and invoices.
The Help Centre you are reading is aimed at recruiters and agency admins. Candidates and clients each have their own guides linked from their portals.
