The dashboard

The Dashboard is the page you land on after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your work so you can pick up where you left off without hunting through the platform.

What you see

The Dashboard is a set of configurable widgets that surface the things that matter most day to day. In the current CRM you can create dashboards, control who can access them and edit the widgets shown on each dashboard.

  • Create Dashboard adds a new dashboard view.
  • Access controls which users or teams can use the dashboard.
  • Edit Dashboard lets you change the widgets and layout.
  • Date range controls let dashboard figures be viewed for the relevant period.

The widgets are customisable, so you can arrange the Dashboard around the way you work and keep the most useful information in view. Example widgets include financial or activity tiles such as invoiced values, but the exact set depends on what has been configured for your workspace.

Make it yours

Spend a couple of minutes arranging your widgets when you first sign in. A Dashboard set up around your own targets and tasks is far quicker to scan each morning.

Going deeper

The Dashboard is built for a quick daily overview rather than detailed analysis. When you need to dig into the numbers, browse the wider report catalogue or run a named report, head to Reports.
