Auto chase

Auto Chase is used to follow up on outstanding compliance items where the feature is enabled and the record is eligible.

The button may appear on candidate compliance, but it can be disabled depending on the record and setup.

Where configured, auto chase can create follow-up tasks for outstanding compliance requirements. This helps teams track document chasing without relying only on manual reminders.

When Auto Chase may be unavailable

Auto Chase may be disabled if:

  • no compliance template is assigned
  • there are no outstanding requirements
  • the candidate does not have suitable contact details
  • the feature is not enabled for the workspace
  • your role does not have permission
  • communication templates are not configured

Before enabling or using Auto Chase

Check:

  • which documents are outstanding
  • which candidate will be contacted
  • what message or template will be used
  • how often reminders are sent
  • how to stop or pause chasing
  • who owns the follow-up task or response
Confirm chase settings

Auto Chase can contact candidates. Confirm timing, content and recipients before enabling it.
