Client hierarchy and related records
Client records can represent a single organisation or part of a larger client hierarchy.
Use the related-record tabs to manage the client's structure and the work connected to that client.
Parent and sub clients
The client list can show:
- Parent Client
- No. of Sub Clients
On a client record, use the Sub Clients tab to review child clients.
The Sub Clients table can show:
- Ref No
- Name
- Address
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode
- Country
- Telephone
- Status
- Actions
Some users may also see a tiered client view that displays the hierarchy more clearly.
Parent and sub-client structure can also affect financial setup. If several sites invoice through the same parent process, the sub-client can inherit relevant financial and invoicing values from the parent where configured. If a site has different invoice recipients, invoice name, PO rules, terms or addresses, keep those values on the individual sub-client record instead.
Departments
Use the Departments tab to manage departments linked to the client.
The Departments table can show:
- Name
- Actions
Departments can help organise contacts, vacancies and reporting.
Contacts
Use the Contacts tab to manage people linked to the client.
The Contacts table can show:
- Ref No
- Type
- Contact Name
- Job Title
- Department
- Clients

Contacts may be used for booking, finance, compliance, interview or invoice workflows.
Related vacancies, contracts and candidates

- Vacancies

Use these tabs to see work connected to the client without leaving the client record.
