idibu integration

RecSphere uses idibu for vacancy job-posting workflows where the integration is configured.

The integration appears in the Job Posting tab on vacancy records.

Where to find idibu​

  1. Open Vacancies.
  2. Open a vacancy record.
  3. Select Job Posting.

If idibu is not connected, the tab may show idibu Not Connected and a configuration action.

Before posting​

Before using job-posting actions, check the vacancy:

  • role/title
  • location
  • client and site information
  • employment type
  • speciality and grade
  • start and end dates
  • weekly hours
  • roster summary
  • job description
  • public URL or external reference
  • rate visibility, if applicable

Applications​

Applications connected to the vacancy appear on the Applications tab.

Application records can include:

  • Applicant Name
  • Source
  • Date Applied
  • Status
Posting and applications depend on configuration

idibu behaviour depends on your agency's connected idibu account, job-board setup and RecSphere permissions.
