Job posting settings
Job posting settings control vacancy publishing behaviour and how RecSphere handles applications received through job posting integrations such as idibu.
Open Job Posting settings
- Open Settings.
- Select Admin.
- Select the Job Posting sub-tab.
The settings available depend on your workspace configuration and permissions.
Application auto-responses
The current CRM shows Application Auto-Responses inside Settings > Admin > Job Posting.
Use this area to configure how RecSphere internally manages applications that arrive through the idibu API. These settings help map the application outcome to the right internal response or workflow step, such as:
- Application received
- Approve & shortlist
- Keep on file
- Reject
Each response can show fields such as Template and Send from. Review these carefully before saving so incoming idibu applications are handled consistently with your agency process.
Use + New email template if your workflow needs another template for an idibu application outcome. Templates should be checked before use so the wording and handling match your internal application process.
Related vacancy area
Vacancy records include a Job Posting tab.
If idibu is not connected, the vacancy may show idibu Not Connected and a configuration path.
Before changing settings
Check:
- which integration is used
- who can publish vacancies
- which vacancy fields are required
- whether applications should return to RecSphere
- which auto-response templates are used for each application outcome
- which mailbox or sender is used for automated responses
- who owns job-board configuration
Posting a vacancy can make information visible outside RecSphere. Check job descriptions, locations, rates and contact details before enabling or changing posting behaviour.
