Vacancy job posting

The Job Posting tab is used for external job-posting workflows where your workspace is configured for idibu.

If idibu is not connected, the tab may show a message such as idibu Not Connected and a path to configure the integration.

Open Job Posting​

  1. Open Vacancies.
  2. Open the vacancy record.
  3. Select Job Posting.

If idibu is not connected, use Configure idibu Integration or contact an administrator.

The exact setup steps depend on your workspace permissions and integration configuration.

Job posting depends on configuration

The Job Posting tab does not mean every vacancy is automatically published. Publishing depends on idibu being connected, user permissions and your agency's posting process.

Before posting a vacancy​

Before using any publish or posting action, check:

  • vacancy role/title
  • client and site details
  • location
  • employment type
  • division, grade and speciality
  • start and end dates
  • weekly hours and roster summary
  • job description
  • contact details
  • public URL or external reference
  • rates, where shown publicly

Applications​

Applications connected to a vacancy appear on the Applications tab.

If idibu or another application source is configured, applications may include a source and application status.
