Searching, refreshing and right-click actions
Three small tools sit on every list page and make day-to-day work faster: the search box, the refresh icon and the right-click menu. They behave the same way on any list page, for example the Candidates or Vacancies page.
Searching a list
The search box at the top of each list page finds records by key fields such as name, email or phone.
- Type your term into the search box at the top right.
- The list narrows to matching records as you search.
- Click the X in the box to clear the term and return to the full list.
For example, on the Candidates page you can search for 'Sarah Williams' by name, or find a record by email address or phone number.
Refreshing the table
The refresh icon reloads the table's data from RecSphere.
- Use it after changes are made elsewhere in the system, so the list reflects the latest data.
- Use it if a list looks stale or out of date.
A spinner shows while the data loads, then the table updates.
Right-click actions
Right-click a row to open a context menu of quick actions for that record. For example, you can open the record straight from the menu, along with other row-level quick actions, without leaving the list.
If a record you expected is missing, or a recent change has not appeared, click the refresh icon first. The list may be showing data from before the change.
